Below is the draft version of the 2017 update to Lake Whatcom Water & Sewer District’s Water Comprehensive Plan.  A Public Hearing will be held during the 8:00 am Regular Board Meeting on November 29, 2017.  Public is welcome to attend and comment on the plan, or to submit any comment between now and December 13, 2017.  A hard copy (paper) of the plan is also available for review at the District’s Administrative Office at 1220 Lakeway Drive in Bellingham during regular business hours.
