Lake Whatcom Water & Sewer District partners with Xpress Bill Pay to provide online payment, autopay, and paperless billing options.
- One-time Payments
- Make a one-time payment using a credit or debit card (Visa, Discover, MasterCard) or transfer funds directly from a checking account (electronic funds transfer/EFT/electronic check)
- Autopay
- Set up a recurring payment every month or every bill cycle using the same payment methods listed above
- Paperless Billing
- Set up paperless billing and have statements sent to an email address
To set up a new account with Xpress where you will be able to view your current & past bills, make payments, and choose paperless and autopay options, click below. Please note that Xpress requires a 9 digit account number. If your account number is 4 digits (ie 1234), you will need to enter it with five zeros: 000001234.
