Lake Whatcom Water & Sewer District partners with Xpress Bill Pay to provide online payment, autopay, and paperless billing options.

  • One-time Payments
    • Make a one-time payment using a credit or debit card (Visa, Discover, MasterCard) or transfer funds directly from a checking account (electronic funds transfer/EFT/electronic check)
  • Autopay
    • Set up a recurring payment every month or every bill cycle using the same payment methods listed above
  • Paperless Billing
    • Set up paperless billing and have statements sent to an email address
