David Holland
David Holland joined the District’s Board of Commissioners in April 2023. David was born and raised in Eastern Washington, and has lived in Sudden Valley since 1994. He has spent the last 30 plus years within the many facets of the medical imaging field specializing in patient care, imaging management, large project implementations, and process improvement. David currently volunteers with the Sudden Valley Auxiliary Communications Service as well as the Whatcom Emergency Communications Group associated with the Whatcom County Sherriff’s Office and Search and Rescue. You will often find him out hiking the trails within the watershed with his wife and son, enjoying the beauty of the area that we live in.
Commissioner Holland was appointed by the Board in April of 2023 to serve until November 2023. He may run for election on the 2023 ballot, and if elected will then serve the remainder of the current term, through 2027.
