Lake Whatcom Water and Sewer District is requesting qualifications from qualified engineering firms for the Division 7 Reservoir Seismic Upgrade & Shake Alert Implementation (Earthquake Early Warning System) located near the Sudden Valley in Whatcom County, Washington. Professional services include surveying, easement acquisition, pre-design, permitting, design, bidding, inspection, and construction contract administration.
