Request for Qualifications – Electrical Design Services

Lake Whatcom Water and Sewer District is requesting qualifications from qualified engineering firms for electrical and controls design and construction support services in support of the Agate Bay Sewer Lift Station Improvement Project located near the shores of Lake Whatcom in Whatcom County, Washington. Professional services include design, bidding support, and construction contract administration support.  The District intends to select the most qualified firm for the project. Request for Qualifications – Agate Bay Electrical

Firms are welcome to visit the project site.  However, an appointment must be made at least 48 hours in advance with District staff to provide access to a majority of the site and to open lift station enclosures.

Submittals shall be delivered by 4:00 pm, July 10, 2025 to Attn: Greg Nicoll, Lake Whatcom Water and Sewer District, 1220 Lakeway Drive, Bellingham, WA 98229.

Any firm failing to submit information in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Request for Qualifications may not be considered responsive and may therefore be subject to disqualification by the District.
