All projects are located in Whatcom County, Washington. The District intends to select the most qualified firm. Qualification submittal requirements can be found in the RFP document below:

Qualifications shall be delivered by 4:00 pm, June 9, 2026 to Attn: Greg Nicoll, Lake Whatcom Water and Sewer District, 1220 Lakeway Drive, Bellingham, WA 98229. Questions should be directed to Greg Nicoll at (360) 734-9224 or greg.nicoll@lwwsd.org.
Any firm failing to submit information in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Request for Qualifications may not be considered responsive and may therefore be subject to disqualification by the District.
