Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Lake Whatcom Water and Sewer District’s Board of Commissioners may be present at the Division 7 Reservoir Replacement Project Groundbreaking being held at the construction site at Swallow Ct in Sudden Valley, parking located at 32 Morning Beach Rd., Bellingham, WA 98229.
No District business will be conducted or decisions made at this event.
