Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Lake Whatcom Water and Sewer District’s Board of Commissioners may be present at the Lake Whatcom Joint Council and Commissioners Meeting being held at:
Bellingham City Hall – Council Chambers
210 Lottie St
Bellingham, WA 98225
