Public Records Requests
Most of the District’s records are accessible to the public in accordance with the Open Public Records Act; RCW 42.56. Requests for public records can be submitted to the District either in person or by telephone, mail, or e-mail. You will receive a response within 5 business days with either the records or a reasonable estimate of how long it will take to produce the records.
