Public Records Requests

Most of the District’s records are accessible to the public in accordance with the Open Public Records Act; RCW 42.56.  Requests for public records can be submitted to the District either in person or by telephone, mail, or e-mail.  You will receive a response within 5 business days with either the records or a reasonable estimate of how long it will take to produce the records.  For more detailed information on the District’s policy and procedure on records requests, please see below.
