Request for Proposals: On-Call SCADA & Telemetry Services
Back to Announcements Published on 04/07/2026The Lake Whatcom Water and Sewer District is requesting proposals from qualified firms for a personal services contract in accordance with the District’s selection process to provide on-call technical support for the Lake Whatcom Water and Sewer District’s SCADA and telemetry systems. The District intends to select the firm providing the best combination of price and qualifications. Proposal submittal requirements are included in the Request for Proposals linked below.

Proposals shall be delivered by April 29, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. to Attn: Greg Nicoll, Lake Whatcom Water and Sewer District, 1220 Lakeway Drive, Bellingham, WA 98229. Questions should be directed to Greg Nicoll, at 360-734-9224 or greg.nicoll@lwwsd.org.
Any firm failing to submit information in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Request for Proposals may not be considered responsive and may therefore be subject to disqualification by the District.
