Bids will be opened and read aloud starting at the bid due date and time.
INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS
- Bids may be submitted by e-mail or in a sealed envelope labeled “OPERATIONS SERVICE TRUCK”.
- Bids received after the bid due date and time will not be considered and be returned to the bidder
unopened. - Submitted Bids shall include the following forms completely filled out:
- Bid Proposal (1 page)
- Window sticker or other equivalent documentation of all vehicle details, accessories, dimensions
and capacities for the specific vehicle being proposed.
The District shall have the right to waive informalities or irregularities in a bid submittal and to accept the
bid which, in the opinion of the District, is in the District’s best interest.

Addenda, if needed, will be posted online at the same web address as the bid documents. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to obtain and consider all issued Addenda prior to submitting a bid. The Bidder shall acknowledge receipt of addenda in their bid.
